摘要
分别对宁夏引黄灌区干、支、斗渠单位长度的渗漏量公式和渠道的可转换水权进行分析,并提出宁夏引黄灌区渠道工程可转换水权计算公式。对黄河水权转换工程的费用构成进行分析,当水权转换年限为25年时,得到宁夏引黄灌区水权转换价格计算公式,选取典型的渠道运用价格计算公式计算不同衬砌型式的水权转换价格,从干渠到斗渠水权转换价格不断提高。
The calculation formula of tradable water- right of canal system in the Yellow River water diversion irrigation districts in Ningxia is proposed based on analysis on infiltration formula of main, branch and lateral canals and the tradable water rights. Through estimating the cost of water- right trading, when the duration of water right transfer is 25 years, the calculation formula shall be selected and then taking the typical one for calculating the the water-trading price of various lined canals. It can be seen that the trading price shall be increased from the main canal to the lateral canals.
