摘要
探索用化学还原法制备纳米铜粉的可行性。试验表明在CuCl2和还原剂溶液中添加络合剂,可制备出粒径约40um的铜粉,当加入少量PVPC,铜粉粒径约为20nm。
The feasibility of prepared nanometer-scale copper powders by chemical reduction method was studied. The results show that spherical copper powder with the diameter of 40nm was ob-tained by mixing CuCl2 solution with reduction agent solution. Both solutions contain a proper complex compound. Adding PVPC in solutions, the diameter of copper powders could be reduced to 20nm
