华东电网提出了以风险防控、运营绩效、技术支撑、组织保障和理论储备五大平台为基础的华东电网高级调度中心总体架构,通过第一阶段建设实践证明,开展高级调度中心建设,实现智能电网输电网智能调度的方向是正确的。

An overall framework for the Advanced Dispatch Center of the East China Grid is proposed based on the platforms of risk prevention, operation performance, technical support, organization guarantee and theoretic reserve. It is proved through the practice of the 1st phase construction that the Advance Dispatch Center provides a feasible way to realize the smart dispatching of transmission power.
