摘要
介绍了华东电网调度系统的情况,指出调度系统在应用方面出现的问题。阐述了华东高级调度中心建设一期的重要系统:综合预警与协同处理平台的建设背景,对比了该平台建设前后的华东电力调度中心各大应用功能的分布情况,并介绍了综合预警与协同处理平台的基本应用,在此基础上对该平台的进一步发展提出了初步设想。
This paper introduces the dispatching system of the Eat China Grid and addresses related problems. It presents the crucial system in the first phase of the development of the dispatch center, including the construction background of the integral precaution and coordination platform and distribution of various functions. In addition, it discus- ses the fundamental application of the platform and makes proposals regarding further development of the platform.
