摘要
作为高级调度中心和智能电网不可或缺的重要组成部分,数字化变电站近年来得到迅速的发展。目前针对数字化变电站控制、保护系统的检测技术、试验方法等的研究相对滞后。通过搭建全数字化变电站系统,进行了RTDS数字实时仿真系统和OM ICRON测试仪对数字化变电站系统的支持和测试能力的试验和比较,提出了适用于进行全数字化变电站系统控制保护系统检测的测试仪所需要具备的条件。
As an indispensable part of the Advanced Dispatch Center and the smart grid, digital substations has been undergoing rapid developments in recent years. Currently the research on the control of substations, the testing techniques and the experimental practice of the relay protection systems are lagging behind. Through analysis on the construction of the fully-digitalized substations systems, the author made comparison on the testing ability of RTDS and OMICRON testing equipment. Proposals are given regarding the requirements of the testing equipment for the control and relay protection system of the fully-digitalized substations systems.
