摘要
介绍了规划方案下的清洁发展机制的概念,归纳了目前PCDM相关方法学以及实施的现状,给出了一个案例的详细数据,分析了PCDM在可再生能源领域与能效提高领域的潜力。就PCDM的发展给出建议。
This paper introduces the concept of Programmatic Clean Development Mechanism （ PCDM）, summarizes the related methods and current practice. An example is given to discuss the the application of PCDM in renewable energy sector and its potential for further improvement. Proposal are given for the development of PCDM.
