旅游院校人才培养模式的调查研究

Investigation and Study of Talent-Cultivation Mode in Tourism Institutions

当前我国旅游院校人才培养的突出问题是教育与行业需求不适应,校企人才供需错位,因此,建立适应旅游业快速发展的人才培养模式势在必行。本研究将以问卷和访谈相结合的调查方式,从领导专家、用人单位、校友和毕业生4类人群中抽样验证的现实出发,提出旅游院校人才培养的改革思路,为构建旅游院校人才培养模式提供科学的依据。

Currently, the crucial problem regarding talent-cultivation in China＇s tourism institutions is that education cannot fit the needs of the industries and the supply and demand of the talents between colleges and enterprises are in disorder. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a talent-cultivation mode that adapts to the rapid development of tourism industry. The paper, based on random questionnaire and interviews with experts, employers, alumni and graduates, offers a new reformative way about the cultivation of talents in tourism institutions, providing scientific basis for establishing talent-cultivation mode.
