针对新自由主义思想在当今西方社会中显现出的弊端越来越多,社群主义思想与新自由主义思想在"自我观"、国家的作用、权利观念等方面与罗尔斯为代表的新自由主义形成了鲜明的对立,并且对新自由主义的个人至上价值观、中立国家观、个人权利优先于社会等观点进行了批判。

In view of more and more visible cankers of neo--liberalism in western contemporary society, communalism has been the antithesis of the neo-liberalism represented by Rolles on categories of selfview, functions of nation and ideology of right and so on. The problem criticizes some ideologies of the neo-liberalism like the supremacy of personal values,the view of neutral country and the argument that personal rights take precedence of social benefits.
