摘要
针对大学生人格发展中存在的不和谐倾向,从影响大学生和谐人格形成的社会、家庭和学校三个主要因素进行了分析,指出了高校辅导员非权力性影响力的特点及对大学生和谐人格培养的深远意义,为高校大学生和谐人格的形成和发展提供有益借鉴。
In view of the disharmonious tendency of college students＇ personality development,this paper mainly makes an analysis from three elements：society, families and schools, which are the main factors influencing the formation of college students＇ personality. The paper points out the characteristics of college counselorg non-power influence and the significance of the cultivation of college students＇ harmonious personality.
