Development and management of student association in universities

以高校学生社团在推动校园文化建设,提高大学生综合素质等方面的重要作用为出发点,指出学生社团的发展程度高低标志着高校校园文化建设的水平和所达到的高度。并以某校的社团组织为研究对象,对某高校社团目前存在的状况加以分析,为今后加强和改进学生社团工作提供几点可行性建议。

Student association has an important effect on the construction of campus culture, and it is an important measure in improving the overall qualities of college students. Regarding this as the starting point,this paper proposes that the development of student association is a signal of the degree of a college＇s development, taking an university＇ student association as the example, analyses the problems in this college and proposes feasible countermeasures to strengthen and improve the student association management.
