摘要
通过GIS在水利行业的应用技术,阐述了利用PDA和移动通信手段,实现在防汛抗旱中实时查询雨水情、气象云图、流动信息采集与传输等多项服务方法,建立一个基于数字地图的实时数据查询、采集与传输系统的基本思路。通过GIS服务器、短消息咨询平台与PDA客户端的有效结合,实现防汛抗旱决策指挥人员和工作人员随时随地对防汛抗旱信息的获取、采集、传送和预警,使防汛抗旱工作范围在时间和地点上充分延伸。
On the basis of GIS application technology in water resources, realization of real-time information inquiry for water regime, meteorological satellite cloud image, flowing information acquisition and transmission by using PDA and mobile communication methods are expounded, setting up a real-time data inquiry, acquisition and transmission by digital map is proposed. Through effective integration of GIS server, short message inquiry platform ＆ PDA client end, flood control ＆ drought relief decision-making and commanding personnel and working personnel can achieve real-time data acquisition, transmission and early-warning, which makes work scope for flood control ＆ drought relief accomplish enough extension on time and address.
