摘要
利用微处理控制的紫外光度法测量了溶于环已烷中的萘在210~340nm波长范围内的吸收光谱;结果表明,其中两个主要吸收带对应于萘分子中两组π-π跃迁.在最大吸收波入λmax=268nm处,根据打印输出数据,作出了萘的回归检量线.从而提供了一种高准确度定量分析的有用方法.
Absorptionspectraofnaphthalenedissolvedincyclohexaneweredeterminedbyultraviolet spectrophotometry of microprocessing control in the wavelength range of 210~340 nm.The results show that there are two absorption bands,of which the peaks are related to the two-groups π-π transitions in naphthalene molecule.It follows from printout data where maximum absorption wavelength λ max =268 nm.Regression chechking quantity line of naphthalene is drawn.It provides a useful method of high acuracy quantitative analysis.
