摘要
采用真空静态循环装置和XRD,ESR技术研究了镍负载硅酸铝催化剂上的丙烯齐聚反应.系统地考察了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对低压下丙烯齐聚反应催化性能的影响.结果证明,最佳条件为Ni含量7%~8%,活化温度550~600℃,预抽空处理温度400℃以上,反应温度130~150℃.同时发现镍含量在7%~8%时,催化剂表面有新晶相形成,预抽空过程是一还原过程.
Propylene oligomerization over nickel supported on amorphous aluminasilicate catalyst under a low pressure has been investigated with XRD, ESR measurements, in a closed recirculation apparatus. The effect of preparing conditions of the catalyst and the reaction conditions on catalytic activity was observed in a systematic way. The results showed that the optimum preparing conditions were that nickel loading was 7%~8%, activation temperature was 550~600℃, preevacuation temperature was over 400℃,the optimum reaction temperature was 130~150℃. At the same time, it was found that there was a new crystal phase on the surface of the catalyst that loaded nickel 7%~8%, and the preevacuation was a reducing process.
