摘要
提出了在相转移催化条件下,以氯仿、乙醇和氢氧化钠为原料合成原甲酸三乙酯的反应机理,研究了相转移催化剂、溶剂及碱的用量等条件对该反应的影响.在选用三丁基苄基氯化铵为催化剂、二苯醚为溶剂、氢氧化钠水溶液适当过量的情况下,利用梯度升温控制反应速度,使以氯仿为底物来计算的原甲酸三乙酯的收率达56%.
CHCl3,EtOH and NaOH are used directly to synthesize triethyl orthoformate with phase transfer catalysts(PTC) in liquidliquid phases. The mechanism of the reaction is put forward. Various factors that affect the reaction are studied, such as PTC, solvents and the quantity of NaOH. Under suitable reaction conditions, the yield of triethyl orthoformate is up to 56% by means of the substrate, chloroform.
