摘要
总结分析了碳酸镁晶须的研究进展,碳酸镁晶须的制备主要采用水热合成法,采用不同的制备工艺分别可以合成MgCO3.5H2O,MgCO3.3H2O及MgCO3.H2O,并分析了碳酸镁晶须研究开发过程中存在的问题。碳酸镁晶须与其它晶须相比,不仅生产成本低、制备条件温和,而且具有优异的力学性能,是一种具有广泛应用潜力的新型增强材料,在复合材料制造中具有非常重要的价值和广阔的市场及应用前景。
This paper is to summarize and analyze the progress in magnesium carbonate wisker, the preparation of magnesium carbonate whiskers were mainly adopt with hydrothermal method, the with chemical composition of MgCO3 ·5H2O, MgCO3 · 3H2O and MgCO3 · H2O were synthesized by different preparation procession and the questions were analyzed in the process of research and exploit of magnesium carbonate whiskers.Comparing with other wiskers, magnesium borate wisker not only production cost is lower, the conditions of preparation is mildness, but also has outstanding mechanic properties, heat resisting properties and resistant to corrosion, it is a new reinforcer with widely implicating potential with very important value in composite synthesis, broad market and amplicating prospect.
