摘要
通过对-甲基苯甲酰氯与胆甾醇反应,制得了对甲苯甲酸胆甾醇酯.该化合物晶体呈正交晶系,空间群为Pz1z1z1,晶胞参数为a=0.9180(2)nm,b=1.3733(3)nm,c=2.4521(5)nm,V=3.0913(11)nm3,z=4,DC=1.089gcm-3,R=0.0612,RW=0.1590.
Cholesteryl pMethylbenzoate has been synthesized by the reaction of pmethylbenzoyl chloride with cholesteral in the presence of NEt3. This compound crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pz1z1z1 with the unite cell parameters: a=0.918 0(2) nm, b=1.373 3(3) nm, c=2.452 1(5) nm, v=3.091 3(11) nm3, z=4, DC=1.089 g·cm-3, R=0.061 2, RW=0.159 0.
