pH和温度对亚微米强酸树脂吸附L-赖氨酸的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了溶液pH和温度对亚微米强酸树脂离子交换赖氨酸(>30g/L)的影响,与732强酸树脂进行了对比,并对所得吸附等温线进行了关联,研讨其吸附模型。结果表明:pH对亚微米强酸树脂交换有明显影响,其吸附量远大于732树脂;温度对其影响不大,但引起了交换量极值点向pH值小的方向移动。氢型亚微米强酸树脂的吸附等温线呈现出超当量吸附和多分子层吸附两个特征,并符合deBoer-Zwikker公式,属极性吸附模型。 The effects of pH and temperature on the ionexchange of submicronsized strongacidic resin with lysine were studied in detail. Comparison between the adsorption characteristics of L-lysine in the concentration of >30g/L on submicro-sized strongacidic resin and on normal cationexchange resin was made. The adsorption models of two different resins with lysine were obtained after computer correlation. The results showed that the effect of pH is significant but less than that of pH on 732 resin. Temperature has no affect on the ion-exchange of submicronsized strongacidic resin with lysine. But it causes the shift of maximal adsorption capacity point towards to the lower pH. It is found that the adsorption isotherm of L-lysine on submicron-sized strongacidic resin can be simulated by de Boer Zwikker's equation while that on 732 resin by Langmuir's equation. These results indicate that the mechanism of adsorption for L-lysine on submicron-sized strongacidic resin belongs to multi-moleculelayer adsorption and the superequivalent is characteristic.
