摘要
采用SEM和对甲苯渗透性的测试研究了紫外线辐照高密度聚乙烯/尼龙6(HDPE/PA6)共混物的成型工艺、形态结构以及对有机溶剂的阻隔性能。结果表明,在接近PA6熔融温度时通过挤出成型的试样,其中PA6为不连续相,层状分布在HDPE基体中,对甲苯有较好阻隔性能;当成型温度高于和低于PA6的熔融温度时,成型样品中PA6呈粒状,对甲苯基本不具有阻隔性能。
The effect of processing temperature on morphology and permeability to organic solvent of ultraviolet(UV) irradiated HDPE/PA6 blend was studied through SEM and toluene permeability test. The results show that owing to the fact that some oxygen containing groups are introduced to the HDPE molecular chain during UV irradiation, the interface bonding between HDPE and PA6 is ameliorated. When the die temperature of sample preparation is near to melting temperature of PA6, the PA6 in UV irradiatedHDPE/PA6 blend forms a lamellar phase, the sample thus prepared has good barrier property to toluene. In case the die temperature is higher or lower than the melting temperature of PA6, the PA6 in the blend exists in pill form, the barrier property of the blend prepared is very poor.
