Determination of Chloramphenicol Content in Chloramphenicol Vaginal Soft Capsule by HPLC

目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定氯霉素阴道软胶囊中氯霉素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Kromasil C18，流动相为0．1％庚烷磺酸钠的溶液-乙腈（77：23），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为272nm，进样量为10μL，柱温为30℃。结果：氯霉素检测浓度的线性范围为0．079--0．113mg·mL。（r=0．9996）；平均回收率为99．38％，RSD=0．42％。结论：本方法专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确，可用于该制剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol content in chloram- phenicol vaginal soft capsule. METHODS： The sample was separated on Kromasil C18 column with 0.1% sodium heptanesul- fonate solution- acetonitrile （77 ： 23） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm; The sample size was 10 btL and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ . RESULTS： The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0.079--0.113 mg · mL^-1 （r ： 0.999 6） and its average recovery rate was 99.38% （RSD = 0.42% ） . CONCLUSION： The method was proved to be specific, sensitive, accurate in results and suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol content in chloramphenicol vaginal soft capsule.
