摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定环丙沙星壳聚糖滴鼻剂中乳酸环丙沙星含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为XTerraRP18。流动相为0.05moL·L^-1枸橼酸-乙腈(80:20),流速为0.8mL·min^-1,检测波长为277nm,灵敏度为2.000AUFS,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:乳酸环丙沙星检测浓度的线性范围为10~200μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=1.13%。结论:本方法快速、准确,可用于该制剂主药的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of ciprofloxacin in ciprofloxacin lactate chitosan nasal drops by RP- HPLC. METHODS: The sample was separated on XTerra RP18 chromatographic column with 0.05 moL· L^-1 citric acidacetonitrile (80 : 20) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. The detective wavelength was set at 277 nm; The sensitivity was 2.000 AUFS; The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the sample size was 10 μL. RESULTS: The linear ranges of ciprofloxacin lactate was 10-200μg ·mL-1 (r = 0.999 9) and its average recovery rate was 99.46% (RSD = 1,13% ) CONCLUSION: This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of the content of ciprofloxacin in ciprofloxacin lactate chitosan nasal drops.
