摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平脂肪乳中尼莫地平含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Lichrospher C18,流动相为甲醇-水-四氢呋喃(38:29:29),流速为1.3mL·min^-1,检测波长为237nm,柱温为39℃,进样量为20μL。结果:尼莫地平检测浓度的线性范围为1.0~40.0μg·mL。(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.62%,RSD=1.28%。结论:本方法可用于该制剂的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of nimodipine in nimodipine emulsion. METHODS: The sample was separated on Lichrospher C18 column with methanol- water- tetrahydrofuran (38 : 29 : 29) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.3 mL · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 237 nm; The column temperature was set at 39 12 and the sample size was 20μL. RESULTS: The linear range of nimodipine was 1.0--40.0μg · mL^-1 (r = 0.999 8) and the average recovery rate was 98.62% (RSD = 1.28%) . CONCLUSION: The established HPLC method is applicable for the determination of nimodipine content in nimodipine emulsion.
