含二氮杂萘酮结构的新型共聚醚酮的合成及性能 被引量:9

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF COPOLY(ETHER KETONE) CONTAINING HYDROQUINONE AND PHTHALAZINONE MOIETIES

摘要 应用自制的新型类双酚单体4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘酮(DHPZ)与对苯二酚(HQ)成功地合成了新型共聚醚酮树脂COPPEK/HQ,对所得聚合物进行了性能表征,实验结果表明,此类聚合物较已经合成的新型杂环取代联苯型聚醚酮PPEK具有溶解性好,易于加工等特点,且耐温等级较高。 A series of novel copoly(heterocycl substituted arylketone) were successfully synthesized from hydroquinone, bis(4fluorophenyl) ketone and 4(4hydroxyphenyl) 2,3phthalazin1one with anhydrous potassium carbonate as catalyst. The synthesized polymers exhibited high glass transition temperature (about 200 ℃) together with excellent thermooxidatively stability. The sequential structure of synthesized polymers was studied and discussed by means of 13CNMR spectroscope and wide angle Xray diffraction technique.Depending on the experimental results, these asmade' copoly(heterocycl substituted arylketones) were found to show a long sequential molecular structure similar to a multiblock copolymer. They also exhibit good comprehensive properties, such as fair processability, solubility and high mechanical strength.
