摘要
加料方法的不同直接影响到合成产物的结构,从而决定其产物具有不同的性能.用一步预聚体法和二步预聚体法合成了阴离子型聚氨酯乳液并研究其乳液粒径及乳胶膜的耐水性和力学性能方面的差异.研究结果表明二步预聚体法合成的乳液粒径较小,且其成膜物的耐水性及抗张强度、断裂伸长率都优于一步预聚体法合成的乳液.
The effect of different feeding method on the properties of products was studied.The anionic polyurethane emulsions were synthesized by one-shot and two-shot method.Particle size,water-resistance and tensile properties of the emulsion cast films were determined.Comparing with one-shot method,emulsion particle size by two-shot method is smaller than that by one-shot. Moreever,both of water-resistance and tensile properties are also better than those of the former.
