互联网法律规制模式的探讨

Study on the pattern of legislative regulation of the Internet

从研究互联网形成后对各类社会关系造成的影响入手,分析了互联网环境中法律关系的种类和法律规制方式,总结了我国互联网法律的特点和不足。对比主要国家互联网立法的特点,认为我国应加快互联网民事、刑事立法的步伐,运用综合的法律手段调整互联网引起的各种社会关系。

On the basis of research on the impact of social relationships caused by the Internet, the article analyses different types of legal relationships caused by the Internet and its ways of legislative regulation. Then it summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of China＇ s Internet laws. Meanwhile, compared with the characteristics of systems of the Internet laws of other countries in the world, the article considers that we should speed up legislation on civil laws and criminal laws related to the Internet, and adjust social relationships caused by Internet with synthetic legal measures.
