摘要
在大量技术创新收集整理的理论基础上,对电信运营企业内部的经营情况进行了调研,对电信领域的专家进行了访谈,建立了一套比较全面的技术创新效果评价体系。通过运用层次分析法确定评价体系中各指标的权重,为今后的实践应用打下良好的基础。
By collecting considerable technical innovation cases, this research is conducted on the operation of telecom enterprises as well as interviews with experts in the field of telecom. Based on these, a relative comprehensive evaluation system of technical innovation effect is established. Also, in this study, hierarchy analysis is employed to identify the weight of each index in the system, which has laid foundation for future applications.
