从海外华人所作的博客中提取实例,推导出博客中出现中英文语码转换现象的几种情况。在大部分的博文中,作为母语的中文是主导语言,从中分析了博文写作中出现语码转换现象的原因,一个是内部原因,另一个是外部原因。内部原因包括博主对于习惯性、经济性、准确性和语言优势性的考虑;外部原因包括言语社区和社会认同的影响以及中国社会经济的发展。

Blog has been a very important medium for some overseas Chinese in English speaking countries. In reading their blogs, it is easy to notice a large amount of code-switching phenomena. In this thesis, the author draws examples from hlogs written by overseas Chinese, in order to elicit the classification of situations in which the code-switching phenomena come forth. For most of the articles in blogs, Chinese as the mother tongue is used as the basic language. Also, the author analyzes the cause of code-switching in blog writings. Two major factors have resulted in it. One is the internal causes and the other is the external influence. The two factors can be further analyzed into several other causes. Internal causes include bloggers＇ consideration of habituation, theory of economy, needs for conciseness and the superiority of language. External influence includes the influence of speech communities, the social identity and the social and economic development in China.
