基于管理学的视角,从计划、组织、领导和控制四个维度,对高校学术管理方面的研究进行文献综述。其分析及评述不仅对我国高校引入现代管理理念、加强学术管理、促进学术发展有实践意义,还为其他学者从管理视角研究高校学术管理提供了全面的理论依据。

The academic nature is the source and motive of university survival and development, since improving the management level of academic activities is of vital importance to modern colleges. This paper aims at summarizing the reviews of academic management from the perspective of management functions, from planning, organ- izing, leading and controlling. This paper not only has practical effect on China＇ s universities in introducing modern management concepts, enhancing academic management and promoting academic development, but also provides a comprehensive theoretical basis to other research scholars from the management perspective of academic management.
