On a Test Taker's Right to Know in Internet Based Exam

网络化考试作为一种新兴的考试形式正在我国普及,为了保护网络化考试中考生的权益,针对一些考试服务机构侵害考生权利事件的发生,从网络化考试中考生法律地位定位出发,通过比对消费者知情权,结合网络化考试的特点和问题,明确普通考生知情权的范围;同时根据侵害考生知情权的原因寻找保护措施和救济途径,以达到对网络化考试中考生知情权的有效保护。

The new Internet-based exams are gaining popularity these days in China. But some problems occurred with the implementing of these exams. Starting with the features of the Internet-based exams, this article aims to analyze a test taker＇ s right to know, as well as practical problems occurring during the implementing of Internet-based exams, to put forward measures and solutions regarding the protections of rights to know of the examinees.
