负压封闭引流术应用于慢性创面11例的护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结负压封闭引流术在慢性创面的疗效和护理体会。方法:扩创后选用武汉维斯第公司生产V SD材料置入创面、半透性薄膜粘贴覆盖、持续负压吸引负压至60 kPa。重视心理护理。观察引流液、负压变化、肉芽组织生长、创面感染等。结果:2008-09/2009-01 11例创面经换药难愈达1个月以上,面积3 cm×4 cm^6 cm×7 cm。持续负压吸引5~9 d,创面缩小30%,经植皮后创面愈合。结论:负压封闭引流术促进慢性创面愈合。术后提供有效的心理干预,专业化的护理和康复指导,是创面愈合的保证。
