一种利用RT-PCR特异扩增甲型流感病毒HA基因多变区片段并测序确定分型的方法 被引量:3

Subtyping of type A influenza by sequencing the variable regions of HA gene specifically amplified with RT-PCR

摘要 针对甲型流感病毒HA基因的H1,H2,H3,H5,H7和H9亚型的序列特征,设计专用PCR引物,通过RT-PCR特异扩增相应片段并测定序列,可以准确地区分H1和H3感染人类的流感病毒及其亚型.这种基于流感病毒核酸序列测定的特异性检测方法,不仅可以用于新型甲型H1N1病毒的快速确诊和分型,并且还可推广应用于今后其他流感病毒或具有爆发潜力的新型流感病毒的监测.
