摘要
水溶液红外分析采用CIR柱型内反射装置,可得到水溶液中溶质较好的红外信息。用CIR装置新技术对乙酸钠、苯甲酸钠混和盐进行定量分析,得到满意的结果。
Aqueous analysis using FTIR are very difficult due to the highly absorbing nature of water as a solvent. The commercial application of the CIR technique have been combined with the realm of FTIR analysis and developed to the routine analysis of aqueous and other IR opaque solutions. A mixed organic salts was analyzed by infrared spectrophotometry with water as solvent in circle IR liquid cell. The linear regression equation obtained is Y=0.00146X-0.01923, relevant coefficient r=0.099986. The average rate of recovery was 102.4%. This method is simple and quick with good reproduciblity and accuracy.
