给出了枣矿集团对权属单位绩效评价体系的考核范围、考核对象、目标薪酬兑现系数、目标薪酬构成与考评方式,并给出了绩效评价体系效果。
This paper presents an account about the scope, targets, target wages fulfillment coefficient, target wages components and ways to carry out the assessment. Results of the achievement-profit assessment system is also presented.
