摘要
设计了基于双流化床理论的煤热解工艺。煤在热解炉内热解,热解产生的半焦进入提升管燃烧或气化。在一套3m高的热态试验装置上采用神木烟煤进行了热解试验,对典型工艺试验过程进行了分析。考察了温度对热解产物的影响。试验表明,在该系统中,神木煤经历快速热解过程,热解产生的半焦在提升管中高效燃烧;液态产品收率达17.7%;热解气产率为10.5%,热值为19.4 MJ/Nm3;各主要组分体积分数关系为:H2>CH4>CO>CO2。
A process for coal pyrolysis in dual circulating fluidized beds was considered. Coal pyrolyzes in a bubbling fluidized bed reactor, char from coal pyrolysis was then burned in a riser reactor. Experiments on Shenmu bituminous coal was made in a 3m high test rig. Typical experiment process was discussed. Experiments show that Shenmu bituminous coal had a rapidly pyrolysis process, char burned effectively in the riser reactor. Liquid yields of the coal reach 17.7%, and pyrolysis gas yields reach 10. 5 %, the four main components in pyrolysis gas showed a relation of H2〉CH4〉CO〉CO2.
