摘要 将液体茶皂素与941A试剂以8∶2的质量比混合,制成了发泡剂TSF。用Waring混调器法和API推荐法在不同条件下对TSF的发泡性能进行了评价,结果表明TSF适应能力强,尤其适用于油、盐卤共存的混合体系,与KCl和井壁稳定剂FA367配伍性好,是空气钻井用的一种优良发泡剂。 oaming agent TSF is composed of commercial liquid tea saponin and organic reagent 491A in mass ratio 8∶2. In this work the foaming properties of TSF are investigated mostly by a simple and fast method with Waring Blender. It is shown that TSF forms voluminous stable foams of long halflife in fresh and salts waters (brines), of high Ca/Mg contents, with and without kerosine added, in aqueous KCl+Na2CO3 solution with and without kerosine added. The foaming properties of TSF solutions change slightly at pH 6-13, maximal values reached at pH=7. TSF is compatible well with polymer holestabilizer FA367. The results of evaluating TSF by using Waring Blender and by API recommended method are in good agreement and shown to be the best in comparison with other foamers.
