Partner selection for virtual enterprise based on individualized assessment and democratic evaluation

为研究个性化考核与民主评价在虚拟企业合作伙伴选择中的应用问题,选择较好的偏好结局作为追求的目标结局,以制造类企业为例选取评价指标,采用以各企业优势为导向的个性权重设立方式对伙伴企业进行个性化考核,并以各企业的综合意见作为民主评价的结果进行排序。使评选结果在充分体现被评企业优势的同时,又得到对该企业较为民主的综合评定,以此为盟主企业的个性诉求提供一定帮助。

In order to study the application problem of the individualized assessment and democratic evaluation in the partner selection of virtual enterprise,with the purpose of selecting the better preferred outcome as a goal of ending,the paper took the manufacturing enterprises as an example to select indicators, then assessed the enterprises by using the personality-oriented weights and integrated the views of all the enterprises＇ as the democratic result of the evaluation, in which the results wouldn＇t only reflect the advantages of the evaluated,but also receive its democratic evaluation by other evaluated enterprises. It could provide some support in the chief enterprise＇s partner selection with personality demands.
