摘要
为了探讨企业文化创新提升企业核心竞争力的途径问题,通过对企业文化的含义、企业文化创新的含义、企业核心竞争力的含义及内容等基本理论的分析,得出企业核心竞争力的基础是企业文化创新、企业核心竞争力独特性的实现要求企业文化创新、企业核心竞争力的成长要求企业文化创新的结论,提出了核心竞争力导向的企业文化创新途径。
In order to explore the issue of ways to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by means of corporate culture innovation,through the analysis of the basic theory of connotation of enterprise culture,the connotation of enterprise culture innovation,the connotation and content of enterprises core competitiveness, from which we can draw the conclusion that enterprise core competitiveness is based on corporate culture innovation,and the achievement of unioue enterprise core competitiveness requires corporate culture innovation. At last the thesis puts forward the ways of core competitiveness-oriented enterprise culture innovation.
