摘要
在对高含硫稠油井的影响因素进行分析的基础上,利用原油乳状液理论和最佳密堆积理论,复配适合高含硫稠油井开采的降粘剂。目的解决高含硫稠油井开采过程中的硫沉积、腐蚀问题。结果该方法在赵州桥油田应用后,现场利用挂片失重法随机抽取两口井(连续生产一年后)进行观察,管柱无硫沉积、腐蚀,挂片腐蚀速度在0.2785~0.6688g/(m2·h)之间,且无坑蚀现象。结论该方法使井内管柱得到了较好保护,但对含水>20%以后的硫沉积及腐蚀还有待进一步研究。
MethodViscosity reducer suitable for high sulfur content
heavy oil well is developed based upon the analysis of influencing factors of high sulfur content
heavy oil well and crude oil emulsified liquid theory and the closest cumulating
method.PurposeTo solve the problem of sulfur deposit and corrosion in the process of high
sulfur content heavy oil well recovery.ResultThis method was applied to Zhaozhouqiao oil field.
Two random chosen wells (one year after continuous production) were observed by the hanging
piece losing weight method. The result was that there was no sulfur deposition of corrosion in
the string. The corrosion rate was between 0.278 5 ̄0.668 8 g/(m\+2h) and there was no
corrosion spot.ConclusionThis method well protects the wellbore string. However, further study
should be conducted to the sulfur deposition and corrosion when water cut achieves 20% and
more.
