摘要
针对学生培养的质量问题,从"市场产品理念"人才培养模式出发,提出按照产品的市场需求进行人才培养,通过解决学生在校学习的职业针对性、技术应用性以及就业岗前培训等问题,最终实现高校毕业与上岗就业有效过渡的目标。
The level of students' qualification is in direct relation to the reputation of a university and whether the education goal can be achieved or not. Initiated by a talent training mode based on a concept which takes talents as products in market, a proposal is put forth in this thesis that talent training should be conducted in accordance with market demands for products, by solving such problems as fitness in specialty,applicability in techniques and introductory training in the beginning of one' career and therefore the target of effective transition between graduation and employment can be achieved.
