摘要
目的:了解河南省医院信息化建设人力资源的现状,为医院信息化人力资源规划提出合理建议和意见。方法:采用中国医院协会信息管理专业委员会(CHIMA)提供的统一问卷对河南省县级以上医院进行问卷调查。结果:在调查的294家医院中,信息技术人员占医院职工总数的0.61%,千张床位配备信息技术人员5.9人,高级职称信息主管占8.2%,硕士学历信息主管占3.0%。结论:本次调查与CHIMA2005调查数据比较,河南省医院信息化人力资源匮乏,信息主管职称、学历偏低,信息人才队伍建设迫在眉睫。
Objectives: To find out the status quo of hospital information human resources in Henan province and provide suggestions and evidence for hospital information human resources planning. Methods: A unified questionnaire designed by the Chinese Hospital Association Information Management Professional Committee (CHIMA) was applied in county and above hospital in Henan Province. Results: within the investigated 294 hospitals, information technician was 0.61% to total hospital staff. There were 5.9 information technicians per bed. Senior titles were 8.2% to total inforrnation technicians and 3.0% got master degree. Conclusions: Compared to CHIMA2005, there is a lack of hospital information technicians in Henan province, the title and background was also lower in Henan province. It was a pressing issue to training hospital information human resources.
