摘要
护理人员的心理健康除了应具有一般人群的心理健康标准外,还应具备护理职业的特殊要求。针对当前护理人员心理健康水平低于常模人群的状况,本文在对护理人员心理健康问题进行分析的基础上,提出了合理调适的相关对策。
Besides of the common mental health standards, nursing staff mental heahh has its own special request. According to the status of nursing mental heahh is worse than common people, the problems of nursing staff mental health are analyzed and recommendations are mentioned.
