通过对宣武医院人员配置情况的调查分析,表明医院人员配置整体不足。阐述了我国现行综合性医院的人员编制标准,经过31年实践运行,证明是科学实用的,但也存在需要调整的地方。建议国家有关部门应尽快对现行标准进行修订。

Based on the survey and analysis of staff allocation situations in Xuanwu Hospital, the overall personnel registers are inadequate. After 31 years application, the cun＇ent hospital personnel register standard is effective and scientific, but it has some faults to be adjusted. The current personnel register standard should be revised as soon as possible.
