本文介绍了高压电脉冲装置的构造、技术参数、解堵原理及解除油井堵塞的效果，Ｏ／Ｗ型水基乳液解堵剂ＬＲ１的组成及应用性能，高压电脉冲化学剂ＬＲ１联合解堵工艺；通过一个井例说明了辽河油田采用联合解堵方法获得的效果。

he construction of a commercial downhole high voltage pulsating discharger for removing various blockage created in near borehole zones of production wells, the principles of its function and the general field results of this novel technique are introduced briefly in this paper. To improve the effectness of this technique for removing wax and other organic precipitates, high voltage pulsating discharge (HVPD)/chemical treatments in combination are suggested and an organic solventsinwater emulsion, LR1, as chemical blockages removing agent is developed. The technology of HVPD/chemical treatments are described and their field results are presented through treating a viscous crude well.
