摘要
利用热分析技术对受油类污染的棉纤维的热分解特性和热分解动力学进行了研究。经过不同机制热分解模型的拟合,提出了受实验用油污染棉纤维的热分解动力学机理,并建立了其热分解动力学方程。结果表明:受油类污染的样品比未受污染的热分解起始温度明显降低,其热分解过程主要分为两个阶段,第一个阶段的热分解动力学机理为一维扩散控制,第二个阶段的热分解动力学机制相对复杂,可能为相边界反应,圆柱形或是球形对称机理。
Thermal degradation characteristic and kinetics of cotton fiber contaminated by oils were investigated by thermal analysis. By fitting and analyzing various thermal degradation models, the thermal degradation kinetic mechanisms and equations of cotton fiber contaminated by oils were established. The results indicate that the temperature of the thermal degradation onset point was lower for cotton fiber contaminated by oils than that of untreated sample. The thermal degradation process of the contaminated sample was mainly divided into two phases. The kinetic mechanism of the first phase was described as a diffusion - controlled process via one - dimensional diffusion. And the kinetic mechanism of the second phase was complicated relatively, which could be described as phase boundary reaction, columned or orbicular symmetry mechanism.
