从违反消防管理法规、消防监督机构通知采取改正措施、拒绝执行消防监督机构通知的改正措施、发生严重后果、火灾发生在合理的时间段、拒绝改正与火灾发生存在因果关系等六个方面分析了消防责任事故罪客观方面的组成要素。

This paper analyzes the six factors that consist of the fire accident liability in terms of the violation of fire laws and regulations, the remedial measures after the notification from fire departments, the refusal of remedial measures demanded by fire department, serious fire consequences, the potential time of fire accidents and the correlation between the refusal of the remedial measures and the happening of fires.
