在分析重油催化装置工艺机理之基础上，提出了重油催化掺渣比先进控制策略，采用人工神经网技术，实施神经网络内模控制，增加了减压渣油比例，见到了良好的社会经济效益。

Abstract Based on analyzing the process mechanism of heavy oil catalytic devices,the advanced control scheme of residual oil ratio is given out.It increases the residual oil ratio by using artificial neural network technique and internal model control,and obtains more economic benefits.
