摘要
介绍采用新技术、新工艺对乌鲁木齐石化总厂半再生式催化重整装置进行挖潜改造消除“瓶颈”的经验。该装置处理量由150kt/a扩大到200kt/a,通过3个月的运行考核和装置标定,证明扩能改造是成功的。装置投资回收期只有2个月。
The experience of adopting new technique and process in semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unitexpansion design for tapping potentials and debottlenecking were introduced. The capacity of the unit was increasedfrom 150000t/yr to 200000t/yr. Both exanilnation and verification on the unit through 3 months indicated that theunit expansion was successful. The investment payback period is only 2 months.
