加压输注去白细胞全血过程中血钾浓度变化的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]观察加压输注去白细胞全血中血钾浓度的变化。[方法]选用人去白细胞全血,连接输血器及不同型号静脉留置针(18G、20G、22G、24G),测定不同压力(100mmHg、200mmHg、300mmHg)下血液流经针头末端后血液中血钾浓度的改变。[结果]不同压力下血液流经输血器及不同型号静脉留置针血钾浓度变化经方差分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]在压力300mmHg以内,采用18G、20G、22G、24G静脉留置针输血,短时间内血液中血钾浓度无明显变化。 Objective: To observe serum potassium changes during compres- sion transfusion of WBCremoval whole blood. Methods:Human WBCremoval whole blood was selected, then connecting apparatus transfusion with different numbers types of intravenous detaining needle(18G,20G,22G and 24G). And different pressures had exerted on blood bags. Then serum potassium changes under different pressures (100 mmHg, 200 mmHg, 300 mmHg)as blood flew out pinhead end had been observed. Results: serum potassium changed a little under different pressures as blood flew through apparatus transfusion with different numbers types of intravenous detaining needle. There was no statistical significant difference in serum potassium changes among different pressores. Conclusion:Applying 18G, 20G, 22G and 24G intravenous detaining needle for blood transfusion under less than 300 mmHg pressure,no significant serum potassium change was found in blood in short time.
