摘要
报道了用燃烧法制备的系列粒径的纳米Y2O3∶Eu材料,对其进行了激发光谱,发射光谱,荧光寿命等测试.结果表明,随着纳米Y2O3∶Eu粒径的变化,激发光谱、发射光谱、荧光寿命都发生了明显的变化,猝灭浓度有了明显的提高.通过分析,初步揭示了纳米Y2O3∶Eu的光致发光光谱随粒径变化的规律.
anocrystal Y2O3∶Eu with different concentration of Eu and grain size from 5nm to 80nm were prepared by combustion method. Their excitation spectra, emission spectra, the lifetime and integral intensity of different samples were measured and compared. It is found that as the grain size decrease, the absorption of charge transfer states is redshifted from 239 to 250nm, the emission spectra and excitation spectra show a bandlike structure with increasing strength in addition to the peaks as in bulk Y2O3∶Eu material, which is not result from amorphous effect, the life time of 611nm emission decreases in the same magnitude, and the quenching concentration increases. The mechanism of these phenomenon is revealed by crude analysis.
