摘要
提出一种新的以发绿光的稀土铽的配合物[PMHP]3Tb为发光介质,采用L-B成膜技术制作有源腔薄膜、真空镀膜技术制备金属膜微腔腔镜,研制成功半波长平面有机微腔.通过室温光致发光光谱的测量,对微腔改变腔内发光物质的自发发射性质进行了初步研究.
novel planar microcavity consisting of green emission terbium complex organic thin film with thermal evaporated metal mirrors is successfully prepared in first. LB film technique is employed to fabricate the emitting material layer and precisely control the cavitylength of the planar microcavity. The optical properties and cavity effects of these planar microcavities are studied by preliminary photoluminescence spectra measurements at room temperature.
