本文介绍一种新型光学探测器件STJ,它由欧洲空间局研究中心(ESTEC)研制成功。其性能比CCD更优越、更灵敏。它能测出光子到达的位置,时间和颜色。
This article introduces the new optical detector-Superconduction Tunne Ja'nter, or STJ. It is developed by European Space Technology Centre. It is better performance and higher sensitity than CCD. It can detect position ,time and color that the photon arrived.
